We aim to sensitise policy makers towards the rights of the child and their obligations to respect, protect and fulfil these. In this work we analyse current policies and government schemes and identify gaps between provisions and implementation on the one hand, and gaps between international human rights obligations and national legislation. In this section you will find our policy recommendations on some of the most pressing issues in relation to the fulfilment of the rights of children in India.
